Tilt-Up Building System

In 2018, the first tilt-up building in Shanghai and the second in the nation began installation at the Vanke-OPEN High-Tech Industrial Park. At the same time, OPEN Steel Structures hosted a viewing event, which brought significant attention to the "Tilt-Up Building System" within the domestic construction industry.

The Tilt-Up Building System is a construction method where precast concrete walls or other components are fabricated on-site and then lifted and installed into their final positions, where they are connected with other structural elements to form the complete building. This system represents a specialized approach to design and construction.
